How refilling works

Four steps, about two minutes

  1. Bring a container

    Any clean, dry bottle or jar with a lid. Forgot yours? Buy a reusable bottle from us.

  2. Weigh it empty

    We weigh your container first and write down its weight, so you never pay for it.

  3. Fill it up

    Choose your product and fill as much as you like, from a few ounces to a full gallon.

  4. Pay for what's inside

    We weigh it again and charge only for the product, at the price per ounce on the sign.

Good to know

Can I bring any container?

Almost any. It needs to be clean, completely dry and have a lid that seals. Glass, metal and sturdy plastic bottles all work. Pump bottles and old soap bottles are perfect.

What if I forget my container?

No problem. We sell reusable bottles and jars you can fill on the spot and bring back next time.

Is refilling clean and safe?

Yes. We dispense from sealed bulk containers with pumps and taps, never open tubs, and we clean our dispensers regularly. You only touch your own container.

What makes your products different?

We choose plant-based products from ethical makers who publish their full ingredient lists. Ask us about any product and we'll show you exactly what's in it.

Is it more expensive than the store?

Usually not. You don't pay for a new bottle or a big brand's packaging, and you buy exactly the amount you need. Our prices are posted per ounce, so it's easy to compare.

How do I know I'm paying the right amount?

Our scale is certified for selling by weight, and you can watch it the whole time. Your container's empty weight is subtracted before we price your refill.
